At WatchNPray, we strive to provide high-quality Christian video content that inspires, educates, and uplifts. Because our products are digital and instantly accessible, our refund policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and content creators.

 

  1. No Refunds for Digital Content Once Accessed

Once a purchase or rental has been streamed, downloaded, or accessed, it is non-refundable. This is because digital content cannot be “returned” in the same way as physical goods.

 

  1. Eligible Refund Situations

We will issue a refund or credit in the following cases:

  • Duplicate Purchase – If you accidentally purchase the same DCVC more than once.
  • Technical Issues – If a confirmed technical problem on our side prevents you from streaming or downloading the content and we are unable to resolve it within 72 hours.
  • Wrong Item Delivered – If you receive access to content that is entirely different from what you purchased.

 

  1. Ineligible Refund Situations

We do not provide refunds for:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Disliking the content after watching
  • Technical issues caused by your device, internet connection, or unsupported browsers/apps
  • Failure to watch content before the rental period expires

 

  1. Rental Periods
  • Rental periods (e.g., 24 or 48 hours) start immediately when you first press play, not at the time of purchase.
  • If you do not watch your rented content within the rental period, no refund will be given.

 

  1. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund:

  2. Include your order number, account email, and a clear description of the issue.
  3. Our support team will review your request within 5 business days and notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method (e.g., PayPal) within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

If you live in a country with mandatory consumer rights (such as the EU or UK), you may have additional rights that override parts of this policy. These rights will be honored as required by law.
